In-Warranty Repairs (within 1 year of purchase): Any parts we repair are covered by a minimum 90-day guarantee or until the original 1-year warranty expires—whichever is longer. Please note: the warranty for all original, unrepaired parts remains within the initial 1-year term and does not reset. To submit a repair request, please fill out the Critical Repair Request Form.
